Attorney Grant D. Stiefel

Grant D. Stiefel is an experienced litigator who has obtained favorable jury verdicts on behalf of Fortune 500 companies in federal and California state courts, in addition to advising a wide range of clients in products liability litigation, class actions and other business disputes. He has also successfully represented clients from the UK, Central America and Asia, including two of Korea's largest conglomerates. Grant previously practiced law at the international law firms K&L Gates LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he was a trial lawyer for more than a decade.

Grant is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to practice before all California State Courts, all U.S. District Courts for the State of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Grant is also a California State Bar accredited continuing legal education instructor who has lectured extensively and published articles on law firm billing practices, professional responsibility and data privacy issues. A National Merit Scholar, Grant graduated from the University of Southern California in 1994 with a dual degree in Psychology and Linguistics, and from the University of Southern California School of Law in 2000, where he served on the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and was elected by his peers to the Student Bar Association for all three years. Grant is also a trained arbitrator serving on the Los Angeles County Bar Association Attorney-Client Mediation and Arbitration Services panel and a member of the National Association of Legal Fee Analysis (NALFA).

Grant lives in Los Angeles with his wife Sonia and their two bulldogs, Toby (English) and Oscar (French).
