Robin B. Ratner is a civil business litigator with
an emphasis in financial business disputes and real estate matters. Prior to joining NEWHOUSE|SEROUSSI, Robin worked for 10 years at a Century City law firm, representing clients in a broad range of matters, including class action, commercial and residential real estate disputes. She has also acted as cumis counsel in insurance litigation. Robin's experience and focus include complex accounting matters regarding business disputes for corporate and partnership clients. She has served as a pro bono arbitrator for the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Santa Monica Bar Association. Robin recently served as chair of the Business Section for the Beverly Hills Bar Association and currently, acts as President of the Los Angeles County Bar Inn of Court. Robin also serves as a judge pro tem for the Los Angeles County Superior Courts, and has done so for the last three years.

Robin earned her Juris Doctor Degree at Southwestern School of Law, Los Angeles, California. She served for a period of one year as an extern to the Honorable Charles T. McCoy and the Honorable Daniel J. Curry at the Central District of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She earned her Certified Public Accountant credentials at Loyola University, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Robin is a member of the California State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

Robin is licensed to practice before all California state courts, all United States District Courts in California and the United States Supreme Court.
